Così a naso, io direi di scartavetrare e togliere il flatting, poi darei un paio di mani di resina epossidica, ma senza mettere fibra.
Poi fondo epossidico o poliureatanico e vernice poliuretanica bicomponente.
Quando mi passi a trovare saprò essere più preciso!!
