Maro, io parto dal presupposto che tu purtroppo debba comperare una cosa seria e poi comprare/trovare un alimentatore Mac rotto e.. tagliare. Quelli per aereo di solito hanno la presa EmPower che e' a 15V 'abbastanza fissi'.
Quello su Amazon e' bello, se ci sia da fidarsi non lo so.
Leggo peraltro:

Ergo, l' EmPower per il macbuco c'e', ha pure l' adattatore ma... meglio non usarlo. Lode alla mela.
