Mah ...
You should explain to the SEYMO management that NO LAWSUIT can be planted against the Forum or the Forum's partecipants.
There was only a deep and sustantiated discussion on malfunctions on some of SEYMO RAY GYROs; as a matter of fact
11 out of 12 Gyros were found with the same and dangerous defects. You also opened one unit (yours) and found what the inside elements were.
It would be nice to have a lasuit planted, so it would be possible to plant a counter lawsuit:
A) for attempting to the lives and health of EUROPEAN clients and
B) for selling in EUROPE a good not responding to what described in the advertising.
Also, the fact that the clients should bear all the costs for returning the product to the manufacturer and have an exchanged one back, is VERY questionable, as this action is due to a product fault and to the supplier's responsability.
For last, there could also be ground for a 'class action' against SEYMO.
In Italy one would talk about 'Hay's tail'.
It is though true that I wrote them tellling that the situation (faulty products sold over the internet) was damaging their image.
I also suggested them to inquire their purchasing/manufacturing/testing procedures as
11 products out of 12 make a very large Quality Assurance Problem - Non Compliance.
