2014 ORC Rules and VPP now available

The Offshore Racing Congress (ORC) is pleased to announce that its 2014 Rules are now available online together with detailed summary of the changes to these rules from 2013.
These changes include several important revisions and improvements made to
the ORC Rating Rules,
ORC Championship Rules (the 'Green Book'),
and the International Measurement System (IMS).
