bandiera olandese al posto della belga??

so che se ne è già parlato, ma non mi sembra ci sia una zona dedicata, se così fosse (dalla ricerca nn l'ho trovata) chiedo di rimuovere questa zona e rispedirmi nell'altra....

ho scritto ad una delle agenzie francesi di cui si parlava sul forum, la risposta di valerie è stata la seguente:

Advantages :

- No limit to navigate

- Choice of Security equipment is free and under the entire responsibility of the captain

- Despite it is recommended, the cancellation of the current flag of the boat is not requested

- Accepted document as evidence of ownership can be : invoice or bill of sale or notarial act or insurance policy or customs document mentioning the payment of the VAT

- No tax to pay to the Dutch authorities (instead of the tax to be paid to the Belgian authorities for boats > 7.50 m, which could be between 2 478.00 euros to 61.50 euros depending on the year of build)

- Possibility to rent the boat

- Leadterm to get the registration document : about 2 weeks



Other information :

- Boating license is compulsory for all boats > 15 m or possible speed > 20 km/h.

- Validity of the registration document : 2 years. Few times before the date of expiration, you will receive a letter from the Dutch authorities and also from our services. Renewal will be possible. Cost : 50.00 euros

- Radio equipement is to be declared. Costs are 25.00 euros.



Fees for registration : 330.00 euros for boats until 7.50 m or 390.00 euros for boats > 7.50 m

Renewal fees : 50.00 euros

All documents can be sent by email only and payment by bank transfer is accepted.

il fatto è questo: sono rimasto un po' spiazzato dato che informazioni sulla bandiera olandese sul web sono nulle (le uniche si trovano su questo forum), il fatto è che sembrerebbe che chi come me possiede una barca autocostruita usata venduta e rivenduta i cui certificati (tranne quelli del motore) si trovano chissà dove trova nelle certificazioni richieste in belgio qualche piccolo ostacolo, mentre in olanda il form da compilare che mi è stato inviato richiede un sacco di cose in meno (basta certificato motore, documenti dell'intestatario, e qualsiasi cosa attesti la proprietà della barca, persino un contratto d'assicurazione)

le domande sono 2:

valerie mi vuole fregare 390 euro?
perchè se l'olanda è comoda quanto il belgio se ne parla poco?

spero che ci si possa sbizzarrire
