Sulla regolazione con magnete non so dirti nulla, il mio è il modello da 50A che si regola coi cavalierini.
Il negativo confermo che va collegato col negativo della batteria motore (che comunque è collegato ai negativi comuni).

P.S: vedo ora che il tuo modello ha 2 cavi negativi (uno per la batteria motore e uno per la servizi) che vanno montati ai rispettivi negativi
