I am sorry to hear of your issues. I do believe there may be a bug in the app which we are looking into now, I hope this will help solve the false alarms. Do you have a smart watch connected to either of the devices as this may cause instability? I will update you within a day or so. We are also working on further developments which will increase the stability but these will not be avaible for 2-3 months. I apologise for the inconvenience this may cause as it is an essential safety item which you should be able to rely on.
