Che succede per la bandiera olandese?

Questo e' quello che risponde l'agenzia stimolata da me in seguito ai rumors percepiti da varie fonti sulla questione:

Concerning the Dutch flag we have been informed since the beginning of july, by our partner Watersportverbond, whom issues the Dutch certificates, that the Dutch ministry will no longer recognize these certificates as official registration certificates but as ownership certificates only.
This means that this document can not be used in European waters that require a navigation title.
Therefore, we are offering different solutions for our clients.
We have been advising our clients to consider a change in flag. The Belgian flag could be an option for your boat.
I have sent you in a separate email the formalities, documents and prices necessary for the transfer to the Belgian flag.

ora,io non sono stato avvisato da nessuno e
non capisco se sono fuorilegge o no avendo ricevuto il rinnovo a maggio scorso,
tra l'altro sto navigando...
e pensare che sono stato sempre “ italiano”...
