mi sono un po' perso tra dual-core e quad-core.

Pare che gli ultimo grido (ma stranamente anche più economici) siano tutti quad-core ma ahimé per loro scompaiono le RS-232 che a me tornano utili per interfacciarmi con la radio (non ne posso più di convertitori USB/RS232 volanti).

Ho idea che un quad-core per operare al meglio necessiti di applicativi che prevedano appunto multiprocessing (forse moderni videogiochi??? quizas!) e che per un OPENCPN / applicativi datati il dual-core basti e avanzi. Ma per i consumi come siamo messi 2al core verso 4d-core?
