@IanSolo Non sono i produttori ad averlo deciso: e' una raccomandazione ITU ("Once stored, it should not be possible for the user to reprogram the identifier without advice from the manufacture"). Ovviamente ci sarebbe da discutere sul costo applicato per il cambio MMSI, ma questo è un altro discorso
