Ho scritto a Valérie BOUVIER @pavillon-hollandais.com, chiedendo se è possibile avere licenza per l' impianto di bordo, pur non avendo il certificato.
La risposta è abbastanza chiara:
Gli apparati radio vanno dischiarati alle competenti autorità dove è registrata la barca.
Ogni paese rilascia una licenza con MMSI per l' impianto di bordo.
Per rilasciare questa licenza , le autorità olandesi richiedono una copia del certificato di radiotelefonista di un utente (che può essere diverso dal prorpietraio delle barca). Poichè l' Italia non ha sottoscritto l' accordo per l' armonizzazione degli esami, non è possibile usare quello eventualmente rilasciato dall' Italia.
Non è che conosci qualcuno con un certificato rilasciato da qualche altro stato?

Each country delivers for the boat under its flag a ship station license with a MMSI Number.
To deliver such a license, the Dutch authorities are requesting a copy of a certificate of radiotelephonist for a user (who can be different from the owner of the boat). But as Italy did not sign the agreement on harmonized examinations, it is not possible to get the license providing a certificate delivered by Italy.
Do you know a user with a certificate delivered by another country ?
