hardware amd Apple have restricted the devices so that it is not possible to use am external bluetooth Gps receiver.However, if you Jalbreak either the Touch or Iphone with 'black Rain' (Google it)you can use a new bit of software off Cydia(Cydia automatically installs from the Jalbreack software) 'Roqy Bluetooth' to enable the Touch or older Iphone to link to an external bluetooth Gps.
