ho bandiera olandese,da giugno, e sono/ero in attesa di rilascio della licenza, avendo lo SRC emesso dalla RYA inglese.
Valerie mi ha segnalato nei giorni scorsi che l' Olanda non rilascia più certificati a cittadini non olandesi. Loro, come agenzia, hanno segnalato il fatto all' agenzia europea per le telecomunicazioni, ma non si sa cosa succederà.

Recently, the Dutch authorities of Telecom informed us that it was no longer possible for non-Dutch owners to obtain radio license with their services. They have informed us of the refusal to issue your license.
We immediately alerted the European authorities for Telecom who will provide a future European Committee for work on the marine radio to harmonize rules on the matter.
In the current situation, we cannot guarantee that our efforts are successful. Moreover, under the Dutch flag, no other country is authorized to issue a radio license.
Quindi l' uso del VHF è possibile, ma senza nominativo, senza poter impostare MMSI nell' epirb e usare la modalità DSC
