Autopilota Raymarine con Gyroplus
Eccoli qui, C.V.D.:

Good afternoon is the first problem we encountered in this type (424242)
if possible that if the course computer has a poor diet
may affect the gyro voltage drop

can try to feed directly from the battery with 2 amp fuse
12 volt battery red wire
black negative cable drums
yellow wire to yellow gyro course computer input
caution polarity change could destroy equipment

on the response to the pilot smart 150'y 300 response is obtained only 3

hope your answer

regards

> I've bought and installed a Ray Gyro a couple of months ago on a Raymarine 150 Course computer. I did all necessary installation procedures and auto learn prescribed by Raymarine. Everything seems to work fine: if I use it in wind vane mode the autopilot is able to pilot the boat even in strong winds. I have many problem with the Heading: it seems like it is not able to read the fluxgate information anymore. If i go straight and push the AUTO button, instead of continuing going straight, the boat start to go left or right!

> 'I have installed an ADXRS614 but have a problem. Whenever it is connected to the S1 computer the Raymarine Fluxgate Compass loses its heading and starts to go round in circles. It sometimes shows a heading about 30 degrees less, but most of the time it goes 360, 359, 358...... all the time. Has anyone experienced this problem?

> That almost a classical problem. Before concluding that your component is not compatible, you should check:
> 1) gyro is powered up 30s before the pilot. Some people who took the power directly on pilot computer had trouble at start up. The best option is to power the gyro independently from the pilot to make sure the gyro is stable when the pilot boot.
> 2) analogue information and inverted and gyro send wrong information to the pilote, reverse the gyro. Most of them need to have their head down.'
>
> Do you think that I can try to switch the gyro on indipendently (and before) the course computer? If I have a dedicated and fused +12V from the battery how can I connect your gyro to the 'Rate Gyro' connector on the course computer?
