2)Non intestano all'utente la fattura a noi utenti, ma a chi possidere la Licenza, cioè l'HOLDER, cioè VALERIE o alla YACHT Registration Company
3) Non è possibile cambiare l'HOLDER, in quanto devono essere loro a gestie la pratica
4)Se non paghi perdi tutto

CONCLUSIONE:Per ora ci tocca pagare

On 22th October 2015 you have send an e-mail to us about paying a tax of €80,= to the owner of the licence. Because you are client of the owner and not a client of us you have to deal all your questions with the owner. Changing the name of the company is a matter of the company. The company should contact us if they want a change of the name. I don’t know what kind of organisation you are.
