A few months ago, I took over as captain of a very large yacht.. The previous captain was a huge software collector and traded software with other Captains around the world. Onboard I found hundreds of CDs including a full set of MaxSea Software with the vector charts for the ENTIRE WORLD.

I've loaded them on my laptop and they work perfectly and even talked to my USB GPS receiver. From what I've found, MaxSea is by far one of the worlds leading (and most expensive) applications for computer based chart plotting.

There is also a CD with the entire manual on it, and when I printed it out it was several hundred pages long. Like I said, I've got piles of CDs and a storage case that they were all in. These are CDR's, so no need to say more.

From the MaxSea website, this set of software alone would be just over $11,000 with the entire worlds vector charts. The MaxSea software also saw and loaded charts that I had on my laptop already as well from ChartView and other software I have.

In addition to the full MaxSea application, I am including another CD that includes the following a collection called 'The Helm'
