We would advise using a combination of the 2 types of R & D Super Mounts that you quoted, use 800-037 on the forward locations, and 800-010 on the aft locations (4 mountings in total).

We do this to work with the 60% of the weight on the aft mountings (due to the flywheel and the gearbox) and 40% on the forward mountings. Both mounts look identical when installing, the only difference being the number stamped on the foot casting. 800-010 are stamped “230” and 800-037 are stamped “175”, this is the maximum capacity of that mounting in lbs. Following then from what I said earlier, items marked “175” to go at the forward locations, with items marked “230” at the aft locations.
