Per i ns. che fanno di max. i 2700 - 3000 - 3200 ... andare 500-1000 giri meno sarebbe un po' troppo meno.
Io sapevo 300-500 giri meno (da manuale Volvo) del max. possibile (full throttle = gas pieno ... a fondo corsa) :

Probabilmente, tale discorsetto, lo aggiustano a seconda del regime massimo del motore ...

In ogni caso ... piu' che mettersi a fare conteggi ... la curva di coppia massima ... e' piu' facile da capire ... ed e' la maggior efficenza al minor consumo possibile (coppia massima ... non e' WOT eh ...). Andare troppo oltre il regime di coppia massima vuol dire consumare assai di piu' (imho inutilmente)
Il mio (turbo anni 80) ha la coppia massima a 2600 ed il regime massimo previsto a 3200 (fa anche i 3600) e lo tengo sui 2200 - 2400 ca. (dipende dalle condizioni)
