mi intriga avere tutto il filetto già pronto, ho già ribattuto il buco con un bit da 12mm e ripassato i bordi con il dremel, svasato leggermente così da migliorare l'adesione dell'epossidica al piano della coperta
Preso il kit mini della west system e un po' di filler recuperato da un amico.
Domani comincio a fare due prove.
Due buchi hanno l'avanzo di buco sul legno che tengono la vite filettata m6, verticalmente e il metodo di cui sopra dovrebbe essere perfetto.
Ho cercato anche su west system e il sistema è ufficiale, suggeriscono di "inquinare il filetto" con della vaselina
Removing Epoxied Fasteners
If you know that you will want to remove the fastener, you can coat the threads with wax or mold release, which contaminates the surface enough to prevent a good epoxy bond.
Remove a permanently bonded fastener by applying heat to the head of the fastener with a soldering iron or propane torch. Use a heat shield to protect the surrounding area. Heat will travel down the fastener, softening the epoxy in contact with it. At about 120°F the epoxy should soften enough to allow the fastener to be backed out. Allow more time for heat to travel down longer or larger diameter fasteners.
Un buco invece aveva la vecchia vite tanto storta da farmi rabbrividire, per questa farò il tappo pieno, foro e passo una vite con bullone con un po' di incolla sigilla a fare tenuta.
